This event will be a 2 week doubles tournament at Kerr Park starting on 4/3. Following CCDG league rules, you can compete anytime during the week as long as you play with another team that is also in the tournament, but there’s a catch. If you played in the CCDG league in the last 2 seasons, your partner MUST NOT have played in the league. Players who have never played in the league can partner with a league member or bring another newbie as their partner.

While there is no requirement to join the league to play in this tournament…

*CCDG naive players who play in this tournament AND join the CCDG league for the 2023 season will get a $5 membership discount and free entry to the ACE pot. Must register by 4/23*

Scoring:
Scoring will be cumulative over the 2 rounds competed.
Lowest score after 2 weeks will be named champions.

Any ties will be broken using the following system:
1st tie breaker- Ctp distance (if applicable)
2nd tie breaker- most aces in round
2nd tie breaker- most birdies in round
3rd tie breaker - most pars in round
4th tie breaker - most bogeys in round

Week 2: 4/10- 4/16 Kerr Park Main Layout

Prizes/payouts:

The lowest scoring team after week 1 will be paid out.
The top 2 teams after 2 weeks will be paid out.
If more than 15 total teams register, the top 3 teams after week 2 will be paid out.

Additionally, there will be an ace pot that will be split between players who ace during the tournament. The amount is based on total number of registered players.
If there are no Aces recorded, a team will be randomly selected as winners.

There will be 2 CTP'S (1 per week) that will payout 1 winner each week. Please see below for rules:

CTP Rules
Attempt must be your first throw (no mulligans, retees, or throws in duplicate rounds) and disc must be within 30ft of the pin to score.
Scoring:
- Ace = auto win
- Leaning disc - measured as distance from ground to the nose of the disc.
- Discs with no space between the nose and pole are marked as a 0'0.
- All other distances must be in feet & inches to the nearest 1/2 inch
